Afghanistani fans beat Pakistani fans after losing Pak vs Afg clash

Asia Cup 2022 Super 4 match between Afghanistan and Pakistan saw things getting heated at the two ends after bowler Fareed Ahmed spit some words at batter Asif Ali on picking his wicket. The Pakistani finisher raised his bat in reply, but Mohammad Nabi's other players joined Fareed in bashing Asif, including their water boy, furiously eying at him with a verbal spat.

Things put Naseem Shah in anger with a thirst for revenge. As the bowler came to bat with Pakistan's final wicket remaining after Asif lost his wicket on 18.5 balls, he went for a single on the last ball of Fareed. Next, he made sure to slam two consecutive sixes to Fazalhaq Farooqi on the first two balls of the final over, winning it big for Pakistan.

The game almost looked out of Pakistan's hands after nine wickets fell, but Naseem made sure to take Asif's revenge, sparing four balls and winning the match by one wicket. Pakistan are now in the Asia Cup 2022 final and will see Sri Lanka on September 11th.

As what happened on the field was not enough, Afghanistani fans once again took charge of the clash against Pakistani fans and made them the subject of their physical violence. This is not the first time anything like that has happened after Pak vs Afg clash, but the Afghans did the same after World Cup 2019 rivalry between the two.

This time, the Nabi's fans threw chairs everywhere in the Sharjah stadium, causing enormous damage. Apart from that, they beat the Pakistani fans with chairs and anything that came into their hands as the footage went viral on social media. Here is the video:
