Ramiz Raja discusses Pak vs Eng seven-match T20I series with British High Commissioner

The chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mr Ramiz Raja met Christian Turner, the British High Commissioner, to discuss the fate of the seven-match Pakistan vs England T20I series. The meeting took place at Gadaffi Stadium on Tuesday.

Speaking on the occasion, Raja was excited to mention that England Cricket Team will tour Pakistan twice this year. According to Turner, the ECB and the PCB are also celebrating 75 years of friendship and mentioned the fans are joyed to visit Pakistan for the Pak vs Eng series.

It must be noted England will visit Pakistan for the T20I series in September. The two teams will then fly for the T20 World Cup 2022, and return to the men in green's realm for the three-match Test series scheduled for November-December.

Notably, Pak vs Eng t20I series would have witnessed five games, but the number rose to seven compensating the last year's series cancellation pre the T20 World Cup 2021 by the ECB citing players' mental well-being and COVID reasons.
