Bellerive Oval of Hobart has been finalized as the venue to host the fifth and the final test of the ongoing Ashes Test series 2021-22. Cricket Australia (CA) unveiled the delighting news for the Tasmanians as it will be the first time Tasmania will be hosting the Ashes game.
Earlier, Perth was set to host the 5th Test match of Ashes 2021-22. It was the first time Perth stadium got the hosting rights for the Ashes but got deprived following the COVID restrictions in Western Australia. Nick Hockley, the CEO of CA added he was disappointed for the thing not working out and did everything in his power to host the match at Perth.

The last test kick-starts on 14th January. Notably, Australia have a lead by 1-0 as Pat Cummins has inaugurated his Test captaincy test with a style.
