T20 World Cup 2021: Pakistan are likely to suffer a massive blow ahead of their semifinal, scheduled versus Australia on 11th November, as Mohammad Rizwan and Shoaib Malik may be pulled out of the playing XI.
The two mains of the batting line-up are suffering from immense fever and flu that also kept them away from the team's last practice session for the Pak vs Aus semifinal.
It is speculated that Sarfaraz Ahmed and Haider Ali will replace Rizwan and Malik, respectively. Despite the fact, the management is hopeful that in-form players will get fit to undergo Pak vs Aus semifinal.
Notably, the Rizwan-Malik duo has been in a super-duper form. Rizwan clutched the man of the match versus Namibia whereas, Malik received the award for his batting showcase against Scotland.
